[NOME AZIENDA] Roma Roma ("the Company") provides exclusively digital files for vehicle ECU remapping. These files are developed based on technical specifications provided by the customer and information related to the vehicle model.

INTENDED USE

Digital files for power increase are intended EXCLUSIVELY for use in:

Racetracks
Authorized competitions
Private spaces closed to traffic

The Italian Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992 and subsequent amendments) prohibits non-approved modifications to vehicles intended for public road circulation.

DEFINITION OF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the process of purchasing and using digital files, three distinct parties are involved:

Installer: third party who takes care of installing the files on the vehicle
End Customer: owner of the vehicle on which the files are installed

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF [NOME AZIENDA] Roma Roma

[NOME AZIENDA] Roma Roma is responsible EXCLUSIVELY for:

The intrinsic quality of the supplied digital file
Technical support related to the digital file itself

[NOME AZIENDA] Roma Roma is NOT responsible in any way for:

The installation of the digital file on the vehicle
The compatibility of the file with the specific Stato of the vehicle
Damage to the vehicle resulting from the installation or use of the file
Legal consequences arising from improper use of the file
Violations of the Highway Code or other applicable regulations
Revocation of vehicle warranty by the manufacturer
Vehicle approval or inspection problems
Any aspect of the contractual relationship between the Installer and the End Customer

INSTALLER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The Installer is SOLELY responsible for:

The process of installing the digital file on the vehicle
Verification of the vehicle's suitability to receive the modifications
Informing the End Customer about the risks and consequences of installation
Any damage to the vehicle resulting from installation
Compliance of the intervention with current regulations

END CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The End Customer is responsible for:

The decision to proceed with installation
Awareness of legal implications related to modifications
Use of the modified vehicle (at their exclusive risk and peril)

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing and using our digital files, the Customer and/or Installer expressly accept all associated risks and acknowledge that [NOME AZIENDA] Roma Roma cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the installation or use of digital files.

NO WARRANTY

Digital files are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation.

NO REFUNDS

Given the nature of digital Prodotti, no refund is offered after purchase. More details are available in our Politica di Rimborso.
